Cabinet Finisher

An established cabinet shop is looking for a new lead Finisher.
We build, finish, and install custom cabinetry all over San Diego County and are
looking for someone to join our team for many years.

Must have experience in the following

Sanding and prepping for stain or paint
Mixing stain/glaze and matching stain samples
Applying quality clear and pigmented finishes
Glazing and touch-up

Your duties will include the following

Managing the Finish on multiple projects at the same time
Quality control of all projects
Color and finish consistency
Producing stain samples for customer approval
Meeting schedules of all finish projects
Overseeing employees to complete projects
Keeping the workplace and equipment clean and maintained
Being a hands on finisher/manager
