CABINET INSTALLER + HELPER NEEDED – CUSTOM MILLWORK

Avila Millworks is looking for an experienced Cabinet Installation Subcontractor with a Helper to work on custom cabinetry and millwork projects throughout Miami-Dade County.

We specialize in high-quality custom millwork for residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a reliable, skilled installation team that takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and professional results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closets, built-ins, and other custom millwork.

Read and follow shop drawings, installation plans, and field measurements.

Ensure all cabinets are level, plumb, properly aligned, and securely installed.

Perform scribing, trimming, fitting, hardware installation, and on-site adjustments.

Coordinate professionally with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.

Keep the work area clean and organized throughout installation.

Communicate job progress, field conditions, and installation issues in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork.

Must have a helper or installation partner available to work as a team.

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

Knowledge of cabinet installation methods, hardware, and finish details.

Own professional tools and reliable transportation.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
