Cabinet Installer (Hiring immediately)

About the position

Builders Kitchen and Flooring is a growing cabinet, flooring, and countertop company serving commercial and residential projects across Utah and Arizona. We are looking for an experienced cabinet installer to join our install team immediately.

This is a full-time role with steady work, a strong team, and room to grow. If you take pride in your work and know how to hang a cabinet run that's level, plumb, and tight — we want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing

Installing kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry on residential and commercial job sites
Reading shop drawings and cut lists to confirm correct cabinet placement
Scribing, shimming, and fitting cabinets to walls and floors that aren't always square
Installing fillers, toe kicks, crown molding, and trim to a finished standard
Working with our install lead and coordinating with other trades on site
Loading and unloading deliveries and keeping the job site clean and organized
What we're looking for
2+ years of cabinet installation experience — residential or commercial
Comfortable with a full range of hand and power tools
Able to read shop drawings and work from a cut list
Reliable, shows up on time, and communicates when there's an issue on site
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet all day
Nice to have

Experience with multi-family or commercial cabinet installs

Familiarity with Cabinet Vision or similar cut list software
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
