The Cabinet Builder designs, constructs, and installs cabinets using woodworking skills and diverse tools. They ensure functional and aesthetic client satisfaction, working independently or in teams in the shop or the field.

Job Schedule and Compensation:
-Days off: Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
-Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am to 4pm
-Indoor work environment

-Pay: $24-$35/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
-Interpret plans, shop drawings, cut lists, and build sheets
-Execute builds from specifications and technical details
-Use scale rulers, tape measures, and drawings for accuracy
-Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
-Apply cabinetry construction methods and material knowledge
-Assemble cabinetry to precise measurements and alignment
-Ensure structural integrity and build durability
-Work with hardwoods, veneers, plywood, and specialty materials
-Perform in-process quality checks and corrections
-Maintain clean, organized workstations
-Support production flow and priorities with leadership
-Communicate material issues and specialty requirements
-Identify and report build issues early
Physical Requirements
-Acute awareness of shop surroundings
-Prolonged Standing
-Moving and lifting 25 pounds and above
-Occasional overtime for project completion
