Location: Oceanside, CA | Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Pay: (DOE) + Benefits

Now, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Cabinet Installer who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a high-end, detail-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Install custom cabinetry and intricate millwork in luxury homes with precision and care
Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, and plans to ensure perfect placement
Make on-site adjustments to ensure flawless fit and finish
Maintain high safety standards and keep a clean, organized workspace
Represent Trueline with professionalism and respect on every job site

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years preferred in high-end cabinetry/millwork installation
Skill: Ability to lift 80+ lbs, meet tight deadlines, and maintain top-tier quality control
Professionalism: Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
Credentials: Valid driver’s license
Commitment: Willingness to work overtime when needed
