Join our dynamic team as a Cabinet & Millwork Finisher and play a vital role in bringing high-quality woodwork and millwork projects to life! In this energetic position, you'll be responsible for finishing custom cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that every piece meets our rigorous quality standards, delivering stunning results that exceed client expectations. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of finishing techniques, including painting, staining, and coating, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills truly shine. Responsibilities

Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, filling, and cleaning.

Apply stains, sealers, primers, conversion varnishes, lacquers, paints, and other finishing products.
Match stain colors and finish samples to customer specifications.
Sand, buff, and inspect work between finish coats.
Perform quality control inspections prior to production release.
Maintain spray equipment and finishing tools.
Keep the finishing department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Work closely with cabinet builders, shop personnel, and management to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications - Required

Minimum of 3-5 years of cabinet finishing or woodworking finishing experience
Experience with spray equipment and professional wood finishing products.
Ability to accurately match stains and finish samples.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Occasional driving is required for this position. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
