Cabinet Painting Subcontractors Needed

(2K Finish Experience Required)

Ranger Painting is looking for professional cabinet painting crews to handle high-end residential kitchen and bathroom cabinet projects throughout the Greater Austin area. We specialize in quality-focused work, not volume rush jobs. Our cabinet projects use 2K industrial finishes and require detail-driven painters who understand proper prep, spray technique, and jobsite protection.

Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a history of delivering top-notch work are required.

You MUST have:

• Proven cabinet refinishing / repainting experience
• Experience spraying 2K finishes (Renner, Centurion, Envirolak, etc.)
• Professional spray equipment (HVLP, air-assisted, or equivalent)
• Ability to set up a clean spray environment (on-site booth or shop)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Degreasing & cleaning
• Sanding & deglossing
• Grain filling (when needed)
• Adhesion primers
• 2K topcoat application
• Clean, professional jobsite habits
• A clean, well-maintained, unmarked work van or truck.

• General liability insurance
• Registered business with the state
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Customer service oriented; you like getting a job done right
• Operates with a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and willingness to grow within a team environment
• Great communication skills and fluent in English
• Be able to produce 1-2 quality jobs per week
