● Assist with material preparation, staging, loading, unloading, pickups, deliveries, and install-ready organization as needed.
● Inspect completed components for quality, accuracy, damage, missing parts, and overall fit and finish.
● Communicate production issues, material concerns, drawing questions, or missing information to shop leadership in a timely manner.
● Safely operate and maintain woodworking tools, shop equipment, and production materials.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while helping keep the shop moving efficiently.
● Support occasional problem-solving during fabrication, assembly, or installation preparation.

Qualifications:

● 2 years of proven cabinet building, cabinet assembly, woodworking, or related shop experience preferred.
● Strong understanding of cabinet construction, woodworking techniques, shop tools, materials, and assembly methods.
● Ability to read and follow shop drawings, measurements, cut lists, instructions, and production notes.
● Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements, cuts, assembly, and finished quality.
● Ability to work independently while also following direction and supporting team production goals.
● Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during fabrication, assembly, or install preparation.
● Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift or move heavy materials as needed.
● Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed in the shop.
