Cabinet Shop Manager / Supervisor

CABINET SHOP MANAGER / SUPERVISOR

Established custom cabinet shop in Riviera Beach is looking for an experienced Cabinet Shop Manager / Supervisor for a full-time position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable cabinetmaking/cabinetry experience
• Previous experience supervising and managing cabinet shop employees
• Must be able to read and interpret cabinet shop drawings, plans, dimensions and production specifications
• Experience with custom/high-end kitchens, closets and cabinetry
• Knowledge of plywood, MDF and melamine
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC routers, panel saws, edge banders, drilling machines and Gannomat equipment
• Experience with assembly, hardware and quality control
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily shop production, supervise employees, assign work, monitor production schedules, identify manufacturing problems and ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.

COMPENSATION:

Starting at $30/hour. Higher compensation available depending on experience, technical knowledge and management ability. Production/performance bonuses may be available.
