We are currently hiring for the following roles in our shop:

Cabinet Finish Painters: Experienced sprayers responsible for high-quality stains, paints, primers, and clear topcoats.

Assemblers: Detail-oriented builders who put together cabinet boxes, face frames, drawers, and hardware using shop drawings.

Sanders: Vital team members focused on meticulous surface preparation, wide-belt sanding, and hand-sanding parts before finish

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior cabinet manufacturing experience is a plus, but we will train the right person who shows a strong work ethic and a desire to learn the trade.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative team atmosphere.
Strong attention to detail and pride in physical, hands-on craftsmanship.
Punctual, reliable, and equipped with a positive attitude.
