Cabinet Shop Specialty Worker

Builders Kitchen & Flooring is a growing cabinet, flooring, and countertop operation serving Utah and Arizona. We're looking for a skilled cabinet shop specialist who takes pride in clean, precise finish work and knows their way around a shop.

What you'll do:

-Laminate and assemble laminate cabinet walls to spec
-Finish cabinets — sanding, edging, hardware installation, and final inspection
-Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and accurately
-Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and ship complete orders

What we're looking for:
-Experience with laminate application and assembly in a cabinet or millwork shop
-Comfortable with a full range of hand and power tools
-Eye for detail — you notice when something's off before it ships
-Reliable, shows up on time, and works well with a team
-Prior cabinet finishing or casework experience preferred
