Austin, Texas ( North Austin office ) | In-Office Position | Commercial Construction

A growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced CAD Design Technician to support busy ground-up and new-construction projects.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity near the Pflugerville/Round Rock border. The team works in the commercial new-construction and ground-up project space and is experiencing strong growth and a steady project pipeline.

Required Background

Commercial construction CAD experience is a prerequisite.

Three to five or more years of CAD design experience is strongly preferred. with references and project design history

Experience supporting commercial construction drawings, revisions, coordination, and project documentation.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing subcontractor

Fire alarm or fire protection contractor

Low-voltage or related specialty construction contractor
