CALIFORNIA-CERTIFIED ELECTRICIANS – PART TIME (SAN DIEGO)

Small electrical contractor seeking 2 experienced residential electricians for a part-time position in San Diego. This is a short-term project lasting approximately 2–4 weeks, with the possibility of additional work.

YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE CALIFORNIA GENERAL ELECTRICIAN OR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN CERTIFICATION CARD REGISTERED WITH THE DIR. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE CALIFORNIA ELECTRICIAN CERTIFICATION CARD.

A C-10 LICENSE OR ELECTRICAL TRAINEE CARD DOES NOT QUALIFY.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience

Reliable transportation

Able to pass a background check

Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces

Able to lift 50 pounds

Experience installing and troubleshooting panels, wiring, conduit, outlets, boxes, and fixtures

Basic knowledge of the NEC

Reliable and able to work independently

Temporary W-2 employment. Prevailing wages apply.
