CALLING ALL MAINTENANCE -WEEKLY PAY!

Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units, appliance installation and other required tasks with a very active team and must have their own hand tools and drill. Punctuality is important and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to start immediately.

-Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities:

Strong experience in the following tasks:

Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job
Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)

-Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:

Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes
You must have personal hand tools and drills - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality
Ability to handle physical workload
