About the Role

As a Superintendent for CAMM Construction, Inc, you will serve as the primary point of contact on site for our customers and sub contractors, overseeing day-to-day project operations and ensuring all work is executed on schedule and within scope.

Lead the Job site
Run day-to-day site operations
Drive schedules, coordinate logistics, and keep projects moving forward
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and crews
Track daily progress, manpower, and proactively address delays
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance at all times
Be the Face of the Project
Serve as the primary on-site contact for sub contractors and owners
Lead site coordination meetings and communicate project updates
Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and infrastructure teams
Collaborate change orders with project management

You’ll help ensure every build meets the highest standards.

5+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience in commercial or industrial construction
Proven ability to lead crews and manage high-volume, fast-paced job sites
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum
