Can you plane my 30 inch butcher block table?

I have a butcher block dinner table that is 30 inches wide and 5 feet long. It's about 40 years old and has developed a bowed top, about a quarter inch lower in the middle than at the sides. I'm worried that the glass top on it will break when we put heavy plates on it. I'd like to have it planed flat. The table comes apart easily so the top can be removed. If you can do this, please let me know what you would charge, including pickup and delivery. Thanks.
