Captain and or Deckhand w Experience wanted

Looking for an experienced Deckhand boat handling a plus and a Captain. Must know so cal fishing and be willing to work hard and be punctual and respectful. This is for 4-13 pack boats. I need a team player who is not a partier and can pass a drug test. Someone who is good with clients, reliable, organized and presents well.
