Automotive 12V & Fleet Technology Installer

Description

AUTOMOTIVE 12V INSTALLER — MOVE YOUR SKILLS INTO FLEET TECHNOLOGY

Are you an experienced car-audio, alarm, backup-camera, or automotive 12V installer looking for steady W2 employment and a long-term career path?

Bital Services Inc. is hiring an Automotive 12V & Fleet Technology Installer to install and service GPS trackers, dashcams, AI cameras, and related technology in commercial fleet vehicles.

Direct GPS, dashcam, or fleet-installation experience is preferred, but experienced car-audio and automotive electronics installers are strongly encouraged to apply. Your existing 12V skills can transfer directly into this growing industry.

We provide training on our products, installation standards, testing procedures, documentation, route process, and customer-site requirements. However, this is not a helper position or a train-from-zero opportunity. Applicants must already have professional hands-on experience working on vehicles with tools and basic 12V wiring.

  • Are comfortable removing and reinstalling vehicle panels
  • Can use a digital multimeter and professional installation tools
  • Can follow written instructions and installation standards
  • Can work independently after product and process onboarding
  • Are reliable, professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Want to move from retail or inconsistent installation work into a professional fleet-technology career

  • Take clear installation photos and complete required documentation
  • Confirm that installed equipment is operating correctly
  • Follow company-planned routes and installation standards
  • Start from home in a company-provided vehicle
  • Work independently at customer locations and fleet yards
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the Bital Services team

  • Company cell phone
  • Company uniforms
  • Paid holidays
