Advanced Woodworks LLC is seeking a skilled, detail oriented Residential Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, along with full home improvements, custom carpentry, and high quality residential renovations. Position Overview The Carpenter will work on a wide range of residential remodeling projects, with a strong emphasis on kitchens, bathrooms, interior upgrades, and custom woodwork. You should be comfortable working independently on smaller tasks and collaborating with a team on full remodels.
Key Responsibilities

• Kitchen Remodeling: cabinet installation, trim work, framing modifications, custom carpentry, hardware installation, and finish work
• Bathroom Remodeling: framing, drywall, backing installation, trim, vanity installation, and prep work for tile and plumbing fixtures
• General Home Improvements: doors, windows, flooring, built ins, interior trim, and structural repairs
• Demolition & Prep Work: safe removal of existing materials, site protection, and layout
• Blueprint & Plan Interpretation: ability to read and follow remodeling plans and measurements accurately
• Tool Operation: safe and skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment
• Quality Control: ensuring all work meets company standards and aligns with client expectations
• Site Maintenance: keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
• Problem Solving: identifying issues, proposing solutions, and adapting to unexpected challenges
• Client & Team Communication: maintaining professionalism and clarity when interacting with homeowners and coworkers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
• Skill Set: strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and interior remodeling techniques
• Physical Ability: able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions
• Reliability: consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Transportation: reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
• Safety Mindset: understanding of OSHA standards and commitment to safe work practices
• Professionalism: respectful attitude, good communication skills, and pride in workmanship
