What You’ll Do

*Perform residential framing, trim, finish carpentry, and general remodeling work
*Complete demolition, installation, repairs, and punch-list items
*Read and follow construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
*Install doors, windows, cabinets, moldings, and other building components
*Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Lead Carpenters, trade partners, and other team members
*Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
*Protect clients’ homes and personal property throughout construction
*Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers
*Identify potential problems and help develop practical solutions
*Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

*Minimum of three years of professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience
*Experience with framing, trim, finish carpentry, and general construction
*Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and perform construction-related calculations
*Working knowledge of residential building methods and materials
*Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
*Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
*Professional and respectful when working in occupied homes
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
*Ability to lift construction materials and perform the physical duties of the position

Experience in high-end residential remodeling is preferred but not required
