Experienced Carpenter Wanted, Oʻahu Residential Crew

Small residential construction crew looking for a skilled carpenter who can run their own work. We build custom homes and do high-end remodels, mostly Kailua out to town (Kāhala, Mānoa, Diamond Head). Good crew, steady work.

We're looking for someone who can walk onto a job, read the plans, and get moving with confidence.

You should be strong at:

Finish work: trim, doors, cabinets, built-ins

Framing and rough carpentry when the job calls for it
Remodels on lived-in homes (clean, careful, respectful of the space)
Working off plans and catching problems before they become rework

The basics:

3+ years on the tools, residential background
Your own transportation and hand tools
Can handle the physical side (50+ lbs, full days outdoors)
Shows up when they say they will
Authorized to work in the U.S.
