What We're Looking For
We're looking for a craftsman first and a carpenter second.
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work and understands that fit and finish matter. You should be comfortable building both standardized components and one-off custom projects that require problem-solving and attention to detail.
We hire for attitude, aptitude, and craftsmanship. We can teach our systems, processes, and methods, but we cannot teach pride in quality, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
If you're the type of person who enjoys creating custom work, solving challenges, and turning raw materials into finished products that customers will use and appreciate every day, we'd love to hear from you.
To be considered, please submit photos of cabinetry, finish carpentry, furniture, millwork, woodworking projects, or other examples that demonstrate your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Bonus: Experience in cabinet making, architectural millwork, custom furniture, marine interiors, RV construction, or custom vehicle conversions is highly valued, but a proven track record of quality craftsmanship is what matters most.
