Carpenter / Carpenter’s Helper

Coupard Architects & Builders is an established, craft-conscious design/build firm seeking a skilled Carpenter or Carpenter’s Helper to join our team. We’re looking for someone with experience in residential remodeling who takes pride in quality workmanship and is comfortable taking on the physical demands of construction work. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects you can be proud of while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. All work is located in Northern Virginia.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential remodeling preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical labor as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Pride in craftsmanship and a willingness to work as part of a team
