Carpenter/ deck builder/labor

Need strong work ethic, need to be in decent shape we do hard work. No drug addicts or alcoholics, no face tattoos. Looking for people who actually want to excel and get better everyday. I have plenty of work just need capable help. Pay based on experience. Willing to train the right person
