Carpenter Wanted – Residential Remodeling

Pay: $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience

Birdhouse Builders LLC is looking for a skilled, dependable carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential remodeling in Marin County and the greater Bay Area.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working on high-quality residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of residential carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and general remodeling.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work collaboratively with our team and other trades.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction and remodeling.
• Strong carpentry skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits

• $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
• Full-time position.

Location

Marin County and surrounding Bay Area.
