Carpenter

Residential Construction

We are a residential construction company working across Kailua, Kāhala, Diamond Head, and Mānoa. We build new homes and handle renovations and remodels for high-end residential clients. We are hiring an experienced carpenter to join our field crew.

What you'll do

Rough and finish carpentry on new construction and remodel projects
Framing, sheathing, door and window installation, trim, cabinetry, and finish work
Read and work from plans and specs
Maintain a clean, safe job site
Work alongside a small crew and communicate clearly with the field lead

What we need from you

Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry experience (residential preferred)
Solid rough and finish carpentry skills
Own reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day in outdoor conditions
Dependable, on time, and takes pride in the quality of the work

Nice to have

Remodel and renovation experience on occupied homes

Familiarity with Hawaii building conditions and permitting
Basic knowledge of other trades (a plus, not required)
