What You'll Do
You will tackle a wide variety of skilled carpentry, precision installation, and hands-on site execution tasks, including:
- Finish & Architectural Carpentry: Execute trim, crown molding, custom millwork, cabinetry, and fixture installations with precision and an eye for detail.
- Structural & Rough Carpentry: Frame walls, set joists, build decks, hang drywall, and perform siding and exterior envelope repairs.
- Multi-Trade Execution: Contribute across all phases of a project, from demolition and site prep to tile preparation, caulking, and punch-list finishing.
- Blueprint Translation: Read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications to bring a design to life accurately and durably.
- Site Restoration & Prep: Support water damage mitigation and structural preparations for specialty restoration projects.
- Safety & Standards Ambassador: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area, ensuring every site reflects our brand’s professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial carpentry, remodeling, or structural restoration.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of standard hand and power tools (e.g., miter saws, table saws, nail guns, drills, levels).
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with heavy lifting (50+ lbs), working on ladders and scaffolding, and performing active physical labor all day.
- Trade Knowledge: Broad familiarity with multiple phases of construction, including drywall, caulking, and a basic awareness of mechanical, Electrical, and plumbing systems, roofing, and deck construction.
- Restoration Knowledge (Bonus): Prior experience in water mitigation or other restoration work is a significant plus, but we are eager to train the right craftsperson.
- Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and be legally authorized to work in the US. A standard background check will be required.
How We Work & Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on your depth of experience and skill set.
- Review Cycle: We conduct regular performance and compensation reviews to reward execution and reliability.
- Schedule: Consistent weekly hours with predictable project sprints across the KC Metro area.
- Gear & Safety: Job site PPE is provided, except footwear.
