DEKTEX Outdoor Space Design/Build is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead our field crews, mentor our next generation of craftsmen, and drive project excellence from start to finish.

Your Role

As a Field Supervisor, you will:
Oversee, organize and guide Lead Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers.

Develop and enforce jobsite processes and safety protocols.

Mentor, train and track team members to grow their skills and advance.

Coordinate with Project Managers on scheduling, and client communication specific to jobsite.

Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and cleanliness.

Oversee materials, tools, and logistics from job to job.

Lead by example with hands-on craftsmanship, professionalism, and DEKTEX values.

Your role will be leading our team on-site and challenging them to grow through training, and day to day oversight. We will offer you continuous training to ensure you are up to date on new information and leadership tools. You will bring your personal experience, patience and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years skilled trades experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven ability to manage crews and coordinate projects in accordance with our core values

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and codes.

OSHA/safety knowledge and commitment to a safe work environment.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

A passion for people management, craftsmanship, and building a legacy.
