Carpenter/ for residential remodels

looking for a very skilled and Dependable remodel carpenter.
Required skills:
* Trim work: base, case, and crown
*Cabinets installation,
*Siding repairs (all types)
* Dry rot repair,
*Drywall patching and texture blend.

• Framing, for remodel or Deck repair or build.
• Windows and doors

*and other tasks related to kitchens and bathrooms

Other requirements :

• be ok with small Handyman Jobs as well.
• Comfortable on ladders and scaffolding

*Comfortable in attics and crawlspaces (for small amounts of time)

Please be able to work alone and or with others. Be on time, and work full days. Having a van or a truck will make you more valuable (higher pay) if you can pick up materials
