Carpenter Foreman

JC Beal Construction Inc. seeks one or more Carpenter Foremen to lead a structural carpentry crews in a group of major near downtown rehabilitation projects, the first of which is already permitted and ready to start in the next 30 days

We are looking for a take charge individual experienced in building rehab work, with an emphasis on structural rework of existing buildings

Skill sets in special demand include:

• Great Leadership and Communication Skills
• A Productivity Mindset
• Blueprint Reading and layout
• Structural / Rough Framing Experience
