Description
Looking for an experienced (7+ Years), quality carpenter with power tools to build decks primarily in DuPage County. Pressure-treated and Trex composite materials are our most commonly used. Ideal carpenter lives in DuPage County or within 10 minutes of DuPage.
Need to be a smart, efficient, quality framer and finish carpenter.
Digging holes (auger), carrying heavy treated lumber, tidy cleanup at end of the day are all part of the duties.
Self sufficient. Must have tools including:
circular saw, impact drivers.
Additional skill sets: windows, siding, flooring, roofing, trim are very favorable!
This is a 1099 position.
Work on a two man crew (solo at times).
Possibly fill-in work (in between your jobs) for the "right" person.
