Northwoods Carpentry LLC is a non-union company that specializes in construction framing of residential homes, multifamily complexes and commercial buildings. We are now hiring experienced carpenters (with 3+ years of experience) and motivated candidates for training into crew management (with 5+ years of experience.)

There are a few requirements. You must have reliable transportation, a good work ethic, and a willingness to be a part of a team. You must be able to show up on-time, every-day, with minimal absences. You must be willing to work hard, and work outside in the elements throughout the year. You must also be able to:
- Lift Up to 50 lbs.
- Measure & Cut Lumber Accurately
- Follow Instructions
- Knowledge of Various Types of Lumber
- Be proficient with various tools of the trade
We are currently looking for framers for our many jobs going on throughout the state of Minnesota, Wisconsin and other states as well. Travel can sometimes be expected.
