RC Home Renovations is looking for a dependable and skilled framer, carpenter, or general handyman to join our growing renovation team. We work on residential and commercial remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, framing, drywall, trim work, flooring, and general repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform wood framing, blocking, and structural repairs
• Install doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry
• Complete drywall, flooring, demolition, and general handyman work
• Read measurements and follow project plans
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete quality work efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications:

• Previous construction, framing, carpentry, or remodeling experience
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must have basic hand tools; additional tools are a plus
• Ability to lift construction materials and perform physical work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Experience in multiple construction trades is preferred
