Carpenter / Handyman — Full-Time — Milford, CT

Garian Property Maintenance is a building, remodeling, and property maintenance company based in Milford, CT that services properties throughout the state. We're hiring an experienced carpenter/handyman to join our crew full-time.
What you'll be doing:

• Framing, trim, and finish carpentry
• Drywall repair and patching, painting
• Door and window replacement
• Lawn maintenance
• Winterizations, board-ups, lock changes, and cleanouts
• Photo documentation of completed work

What we need:

• 5+ years of hands-on carpentry, remodeling, or property maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently and traveling to job sites across Connecticut and adjoining states
• Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and handle physical work year-round
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Friday. Company vehicle available for statewide travel. Some personal vehicle use will be needed.
