Carpenter / Handyman Needed - Stair Demo and Rebuild

Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman crew for a residential project. Scope includes demo, stair rebuild, trim work, and priming. Must be detail-oriented and able to follow specific instructions.

Scope of Work:

Remove baseboards in multiple areas

Demo existing stair treads and risers
Sand stair stringers
Remove small sections of subfloor
Apply Zinsser BIN shellac primer to walls, framing, and subfloor
Install new stair treads and risers
Install new baseboards

Requirements:

Experience with stair work (treads/risers install)

Experience with trim/baseboards
Must be comfortable using shellac primer
Must follow detailed scope exactly (no shortcuts)
Must have own tools and transportation
