Carpenter Helper/Construction Helper

Position available for year-round work. Looking for a long-term hire.
This is a small, established company, in business 44 years. Always busy!
Applicants with at least 2 years of construction experience and some painting experience will be given priority.
This is an excellent opportunity to fill-in any blanks in your skill-set and learn every aspect of construction that you are not yet skilled at...or, if you have a higher skill level, an opportunity to show-off your skills on top-quality, interesting projects, and earn a higher rate of pay.

Must speak English.

Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from jobsites.

Work includes "all" phases of residential construction.

Majority of work is high-end renovations in single-family houses...mostly in Westchester County, located between Bedford and New Rochelle......bathrooms, kitchens, interior renovations, all types of tilework and carpentry (rough and finish), cabinet construction, painting, all types of flooring, windows and doors, stairs and railings, minor roofing and siding, occasional masonry,

You must be physically fit. The immediate need is for an experienced, fit, motivated, experienced "Helper", that takes pride in doing quality work. Those with more experience/skill will start at a higher rate of pay but still will be expected to help with all duties.

Weekend work is also available but not mandatory.
