RCI Richter Construction, Inc. (Traverse City) is now hiring Experienced Carpenters.

This is a full time, permanent employment position. All candidates should have at least 5-years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter.

RCI is a Self-Performing General Contractor seeking a highly skilled carpenters to join our team.
This position is ideal for an experienced carpenter who values quality work, consistency, and long-term employment with strong company that offers great benefits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with a carpentry crew to complete rough framing through finish work, trim, doors, windows, siding and other specialty areas; added value if knowledgeable in concrete foundation form work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Work with assigned carpentry crew efficiently as a team.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years Journeyman Carpenter.
• Ability to work productively and successfully with a carpentry crew, and with minimal supervision.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite professionalism.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
