Carpenter and Laborer Wanted, Oʻahu Residential Crew

Small residential construction crew hiring for two positions: an experienced carpenter and a general laborer. We build custom homes and do high-end remodels, mostly Kailua and Eastside of Oahu. Good crew, steady work, room to grow.

Carpenter

For someone who can walk onto a job, read the plans, and get moving with confidence.

-Finish work: trim, doors, cabinets, built-ins
-Framing and rough carpentry when the job calls for it
-Remodels on lived-in homes (clean, careful, respectful of the space)
-Working off plans and proactive thinking on the job
-3+ years on the tools, residential background preferred

Laborer

A great spot to get on a crew and learn the trade. No experience required, just a good attitude and a willingness to work.

-Keep the job site clean, stocked, and organized
-Must have starter kit of tools
-Move materials, help the carpenters, handle demo and cleanup
-Learn on the job from experienced builders
-Reliable and ready to put in a full day

Both positions:

-Your own transportation
-Can handle the physical side (50+ lbs, full days outdoors)
-Shows up when they say they will
-Valid drivers license
