Local deck builder looking for entry level laborers who want to learn. 7 to 3, Monday through Friday

We want to teach and help you grow, we want to increase your value.

Looking to find two people with a work ethic and thirst for knowledge.

Most of the job is showing up everyday. Be reliable. Be on time. Show up Monday through Friday. You'll be a rock star

We start everyday at 7 on site

Jobs are in the Chester County Montgomery County area

Jobs are in the Norristown, spring city, Pottstown etc area

Duties

Digging footers
Mixing concrete
Carry wood
Prep and clean up
Set up and breakdown jobsite every day
Demolish old decks
Build new decks
Read a tape measure or be willing to learn

Requirements

Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols and quality standards
Valid driver’s license preferred for site access and material transport
