We're looking for an experienced residential carpenter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and wants to be part of a growing company. We specialize in custom decks, stairs, porches, and exterior renovations, with an emphasis on doing the job right the first time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and install decks, stairs, railings, framing, and exterior finish work
Read and follow construction plans and layouts
Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and quality.
Keep a clean and safe job site
Work alongside experienced carpenters to complete projects on schedule
Represent the company professionally on every job site
Qualifications needed:

Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience

Knowleadgable with framing, decking, stair construction, and exterior carpentry
Critical thinking skills
Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Own basic hand tools
Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Able to lift 80+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather
