Carpenter Lead Foreman

We are seeking a Carpenter - Lead Foreman with exterior millwork/Heavy Timber Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Execute construction tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cutting, sanding, drilling, sealing.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor associated with various tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead a crew

Must have valid drivers license and clear driving record.
