**Lead Carpenter – Established Construction Company**

We are an established construction company seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Carpenter to join our team. Our projects range from bathroom and whole-home remodels to custom homes, additions, and large apartment buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship and can confidently lead a crew from start to finish.

**Responsibilities:**

• Lead and work alongside carpenters and laborers
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and keep projects moving efficiently
• Perform framing, siding, window and door installation, cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners
• Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and jobsite cleanliness
• Track materials and communicate project needs or potential issues
• Ensure work is completed correctly, safely, and on schedule

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 5 years of well-rounded residential or commercial construction experience
• Previous crew-leadership or jobsite-supervision experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of framing, remodeling, and finish carpentry
• Ability to read plans and solve jobsite problems independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must have basic hand tools
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others
