Carpenter needed to build picture frames in bulk

We are looking for a skilled finishing carpenter with their own workshop to build 10-15 wood picture frames per week. This would be an ongoing job for which we'd place orders every week. All we need is the outer shell of the frame built with real Walnut wood. The dimensions of the frames would vary from 22x26 to 25x38 inches, with a 7/8-inch face and 1-inch depth. We pay $55-$65 per frame, depending on size.
