Carpenter or hardworking Apprentice

High End Custom Home builder seeking Carpenter or apprentice.

We specialize in high-end custom residential construction in the Anchorage and Girdwood area. Our projects include custom framing, architectural siding, exposed timber, windows, decks, and premium exterior finishes.

This is not production framing or tract-home construction. We build custom homes where quality, precision, and craftsmanship matter.

We’re looking for either:

Experienced Carpenter

• Strong residential framing experience
• Able to read plans and work independently
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable and self-motivated

OR

Hardworking Apprentice / Laborer

• Shows up every day on time
• Wants to learn the trade
• Works hard without constant supervision
• Positive attitude and willing to be challenged

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools (more tools are a plus)
• Able to work outdoors in Alaska
• Drug-free while on the job
• Takes pride in doing quality work
