Lead Carpenter / Finish Carpenter – Trade Show & Custom Fabrication

Location: Tustin, CA

We are looking for experienced Lead Carpenters and Finish Carpenters to join our growing team. We build high-end custom trade show exhibits, retail displays, and specialty projects in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Build custom wood structures and cabinets.
• Operate woodworking equipment safely.
• Install laminates, hardware, and finished components.
• Work with CNC-cut parts and detailed fabrication drawings.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work overtime and weekends when project schedules require.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of finish carpentry or cabinet-making experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Experience with table saws, routers, chop saws, and other woodworking tools.
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
