Carpenter or Plumber helper (Undermount Sinks installation)

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Commercial carpenter or plumber Helper for an immediate hire in St Pete Beach, FL

PAY: $22.00/hour

HOURS: Expected shifts will be 8-hour days starting at 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
SCHEDULE: Expected work schedule will be Monday-Friday, approximately 40 hours/week
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 2+ months

Commercial Helper Job Description:

Assist the Journeyman carpenter with under-mount sink installations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a commercial environment and assisting with daily carpentry tasks as directed on-site.

Qualifications for a Commercial Carpenter Helper:

Previous commercial plumbing or carpentry helper experience is required
Installing and setting undermount sinks
Applying silicone/caulking to secure and seal sinks
Ensuring proper alignment and fit
Cleaning excess sealant and preparing sinks for countertop installation or final use
Familiarity with pro press tools and piping systems is a plus
Must be able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and PPE
Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Position requires the use of PPE, including steel-toe boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves

Additional Requirements:

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation to the job site
