Carpenter Position

Duties```

• Fabricate and install wooden structures, including frameworks, partitions, joists, and rafters
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to specifications
• Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients
• Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time

• Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods
• Familiarity with construction materials, measurements, and safety precautions
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: Experience in drywall installation, tile laying, electrical work, metal stud framing, restoration industry, or construction painting is a plus.
