Carpenter Position Available

Koholā Builders is looking for a motivated Carpenter to join our construction team on Kauaʻi. We build high-quality custom homes on the South Shore and North Shore with a strong focus on craftsmanship, planning, organization, and customer care.

You’ll work directly with Koholā’s carpenters and field supervisors across multiple phases of construction, including:

• Structural and wood framing
• Layout and general carpentry
• Exterior siding, trim, and architectural woodwork
• Interior finish carpentry
• Installation of doors, windows, blocking, and miscellaneous wood components
• Proper use and care of hand and power tools
• Jobsite safety, organization, and material handling
• Protecting completed work and maintaining the high-quality standards expected on custom homes

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and genuinely interested in high-end carpentry.
Construction experience is important, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are equally as important.

• Have reliable transportation to jobsites around Kauaʻi
• Have standard carpentry hand and power tools
