Required Skills & Experience

• Framing: Extensive experience with residential structural framing is strictly required.
• Exterior Siding & Trim: Proficient with Hardi Plank, vinyl, and aluminum siding around windows and doors. Must be able to bend aluminum using a brake as needed.
• Windows & Doors: Experience installing Andersen new construction and replacement windows and doors.
• Interior Trim: Skilled in installing baseboards, casings, crown molding, windowsills, and hanging pre-hung doors.
• Decks: Ability to build composite and pressure-treated decks from start to finish, including pouring footings.
• Demolition: Comfortable handling all phases of residential teardown and clean demo work.

Job Requirements

• Licensing & Transit: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Punctuality: Highly dependable with daily on-time arrival.
• Professionalism: Clean, courteous demeanor suitable for working directly on-site in residential homes.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and the ability to cooperate effectively with crew members and clients.
