Carpenter Precise

Seeking an experienced carpenter with a background in detailed work. Must have strong frame to finish carpentry skills, attention to detail, and experience preserving original architectural features. Work includes framing, wood siding, trim. Carpenter must be comfortable with some complexity to siding and trim since some of the work isn't standard.

Responsibilities

Restore and repair historic woodwork, windows, trim, and framing
Match existing architectural details and craftsmanship
Work independently and maintain high-quality standards

Qualifications

3+ years carpentry experience
Restoration or historic home experience preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
